Complementing the services provided by Technical Assistance, we offers, during the start-up of the equipment or even further, training courses for machine operators and maintenance personnel, therefore allowing the formation of qualified technicians that are apt to improve the performance of machines and systems.
Experience has proved that the training during the commissioning period may not be enough to satisfy all operation needs at medium and/or long term. The main reasons are: lack of initial knowledge that does not allow a good comprehension of the course, as well as the personnel turnover.
Additionally, we offer a periodic training to avoid problems that may arise due to the problems mentioned above.
The courses are developed according to the specific needs of each customer and cover the equipment installed, particularly: bag-filling machines, bag applicators, check-weigher and peripheral systems, and provide the necessary information for the correct operation and maintenance of the set, including data on dust collection, auxiliary systems (compressed air, vacuum, etc.) and other parameters as bag control and storage.
